My plaster pool is showing through to the gunnite? in some spots-told this is bad-also there is some bubbling of the plaster in some spots which I'm patching. My question is I'm thinking of painting the pool but do not want to acidwash prior to doing so. Also it looks like it may have been painted in the past so I'm not sure what type of paint I need to use-want to be able to patch/repaint areas in future any ideas on prep/paint types? Thanks!
