Pony Club Camp! Any ideas for fun activities?

Hi,
Pony Club Camp! Don't we all love it? it's coming up soon and I need some ideas for some super fun unique activities to do! Any ideas? Thanks!
 
my favorite game was the egg race. we put them on a spoon in our mouth and we could not put our hands on the reins. we had to go one lap around the arena the pass the egg to the next person. great for learning balance.
