pontiac wont start after driving?

ok i have a 1995 pontiac bonnville 3.8 ssei.. start it up drive store shut it off ... get back in now wont start up have to wait 5-20 min then starts easy.. not bat it turns over .. i even tried starting fluid it hit but still wont start... has died 2-3 time driving ....i'v changed plugs&wires have no clue what this is
