I'll be 16 in april and i'm looking for cars.
I'm pretty sure i want i want pontiac sunfire, but i have a couple of questions :)
Do they make 4-door Sunfire? because i haven't seen one yet...
Also, i'm going ot get one from the year 2004 or later. If you look in the pictures, all the radios are really old looking. Can you take that out and replace it with a new one?
And people who have had a sunfire or know someone who has, do you like it? Like does it run nice and smooth? When it's closer to my birthday i can test drive one, i'm just wondering.
thanks :)

For the money I wouldn't buy a sunfire, unless it was a good deal, but yeah they do infact make a 4 door sunfire (sedan), stock radios are fairly simple to replace, usually just a matter of pulling out the old one and wiring up the other one really. And I have test driven a sunfire and it handles pretty good but I've driven better in its price range. The motor has pretty good torque for an automatic transmission. The engine in the sunfire should last a good couple hundred thousand kilometers if properly maintained (change oil every season/2500km, clean air box, change spark plugs, etc.) and apparently the sunfire is notorious for having mediocre suspension, but I wouldn't beable to back that up because it rode pretty smooth when I drove one. Btw the one I tested was a 1998 2 door.

yes the make 4 door sunfires. You can easily take a radio(deck) out and change it. How smooth they run all depends on miles on the car and how the previous owner drove the car.
