I have a 97 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and the other day the DIC screen completley shut off. The screen was all digital showing the car body when it lit up and all the other fun stuff. Now it doesnt light up at all except for the buttons on the left side of the screen. When i go to push these buttons they all flash at once. Then a day later my radio died when i muted it. I went to turn it back on it cut in and out, then it completley died. The lights still work but no sound is coming out of the speakers. I pulled it out and all the wires are correctly hooked up. All of the fuses for these things in my pontiac are fine. I was wondering if these can be fixed with out buying new parts or if they are dead just from wear and tear.
