Pontiac Grand Prix 2000 GT engine trouble?

When i get my car up to cruising speed, my car shakes badly. This could be a problem with the tires since they are very old. I am not sure. Whenever I press the gas, the car shakes even more. It feels like it is coming from the front of the car/ engine as if it could be a miss or a rod knock. I have no idea. I also know the mass air flow sensor is messed up. I had autozone run there computer on the car and a long list of codes came out with it indicating the various things that could be wrong with my car.
 
Sounds like you need a rotation along with an alignment, sometimes when you get to about 70 or so it will cause the vehicle to shake oddly. I would pay for the alignment first, get out cheap if you can, then if that doesn't fix it start worrying about more expensive repairs.
