Here is the question...I took my car to the mechanic and they said it was a problem with the ignition coil and the ignition coil housing.
They gave me an estimate, but when I talked to my friend he said that the price was high, and that the ignition coil housing and the ignition coil are the same?? I'm confused, he thinks they are charging me twice as much (since this parts come all in one according to him). I have no idea about cars, therefore I would like to know your thoughts/ comments about this.
I want to believe that my friend does not have good information or thorough knowledge, so I didn't overpay.
Parts and labor costed me $220...is that normal?
