I have a Pontiac Grand AM 2002. I rolled the driver's side windows down and when it was completely down, it made a weird sound. Now it won't go up again and it seems that it is out of place. When I open the door and close it, I can hear the glass banging against the sides of the door. It seems that the glass is completely loose inside the door. I am afraid the glass will break if I don't get it fix soon. Does anyone know what went wrong and how much I am looking at in order to repair it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
