Polyp in Uterus

Hi,

I am velonie, I am trying to get pregnant, Since i have polyp in my uterus(size: 8.9X4.9MM), My doctor's are suggesting me to remove the polyp,

My question is after removing the polyp, what is the probability of me getting conceived.

Ques2: Once the polyp is removed, will it grow again
Ques3:Will there be any complication during the delivery.

Pls suggestion me with your inputs
