I love Jim Morrison, and I thought it would be cool, if I ever had a son, to name him after Jim.

Morrison James is a good solid name and a name that your son would be proud of. I 've seen some names lately that I just don't know about. They are hard to pronounce and even harder to spell. Some poor kid will have to live the rest of their lives with a name that everybody will mispronounce and mispell. Parents, dont do that to your kid. The kid will have to start correcting people as soon as they can talk about the name!!!!!

If that is what you are into go for it. Keep in mind nicknames for him though, do you want people calling him Morris? maybe MJ? Or maybe he could go by his middle name. I have a cousin with the middle name of Zeppelin, he thought his parents were pretty cool when he realized who he was named after, I'm sure yours will too.
