cigarettes are technically way worse than weed.

weed has NEVER been the primary cause of any deaths (its impossible to overdose on and it doesn't kill brain cells, thats a myth), is less addictive than caffeine, and is successfully being used as a medicine for AIDS and cancer patients.

cigarettes kill over 500,000 people a year in the USA and are more addictive than cocaine.

people who thinks cigarettes and weed are equally dangerous are just naive.

Cigarettes. Weed smoke is bad, but if you eat it in brownies or smoke it through a vaporizer it isnt harmful at all, and had no toxins. The smoke is what makes weed and cigs bad
