Poll: should a financial institution give its employees large bonuses if they

performed well? Is it moral/should it be legal for financial institutions to give their employees large bonuses if they had a good year? I personally think it's absolutely OK. Their employees work hard, produce excellent profits, and therefore should be given money to spend and invest in growing businesses.
I really have no clue why people are so disgruntled that bankers are earning several million dollars a year. Is it jealousy? Or just ignorance?
