Once, when I was a freshman in college, we took a field trip to see the Angola Prison Rodeo which is in Angola, Louisiana (in the northern part of the state, where there's not many minorities). I'm South Asian, and I could feel the stares from a few people there. A couple of big men in cowboys hats gave me the middle finger when they saw me
And another time, in 5th grade, the class jokester said, "Man, Samian, I bet if you used SOAP and bathed for once, all that brown would come right off of you and you'd be white!"
That hurt, and I couldn't come up with a comeback for it. He was white lol
