Since we discovered tiger bread about a year ago - we have devoured enough to create a small country!!
It is lovely, but I do find you have to eat on the day of purchase rather than the day after as it goes a bit chewy, wherever you keep it - not very good to freeze either.
It is sesame oil that gives it the taste and like you, thumbs up all the way - a revelation in bread - s*d the diet, tiger bread has arrived!
