POLL:do you think its annoying when someone uses their cellphone while driving?

the other day there was this guy in the car infront of me who was driving like a retard. he would signal to get in my lane but would swerve from lane to lane. when i passed him, it turned out he was on his cellphone. ive seen this a lot.

do you text/talk in your cellphone while driving? if i ever do touch my cellphone it would be while at a stop light.
