I would have said no, but what the article discusses makes some kind of sense. So who knows, would want to actually see a bit more evidence and data before making up my mind, but it certainly has enough merit as a theory to be worth investigating.
That's the way science works, some one notices something, comes up with a theory and then it can be tested. As long as no one can disprove it the theory stands as the most likely explanation. As soon as some one does disprove it, then its time to find another theory. Meanwhile, as people fail to disprove a theory it gains credence and become ever more accepted. In science it is not possible to ever prove that a theory is correct, that simply isn't the way science works.
In that sense people asking for proof that the current bout of GW is caused by humans simply don't understand the scientific method.
