i had my license suspended Oct 10 2009. i was suppose to get my license back on Dec 22 2010 but i forgot to get it and yesterday a cop pulled me over and towed my car, the car is under my mom's name,an my mom is on vacation out of the country. so my question is how can i get my car out if my mom is out of the country and the car is not under my name? and is my license gonna get suspende again?
