sorry for a kinda of repost of question, but i forgot some detail. Bascialy i am going to get a moped as im 16, and have everything legal.. helmet . insurance CBT etc. BUT i plan on gettin it de-restricted. Firstly i am NOT a chav. I want my bike de-restricted not because i want to be able to break speed limits because i wont. i will ride at 30mph in town. But im talking about on dual carriage ways. I would feel very uncomforable riding at 30mph on such road. I was wandering if they type of bikes police look for when 16 year olds ride them (to check for un-restricted illegal bikes) are scooters or bikes that look like proper bikes. I am geting a aprilia rs 50 or something that looks similar. Will the police stop these bikes more than scooters. or visa versa?
