police found on me card reader, bank cards.?

Hi, I just wanted to find out the sentence I might be getting, Basicly the situation is, I got arrested for fraud when I was 17 of age, the reason was I tried purchasing goods from shop when I got stopped by the manager and the security. Then I was given an reprimand which I think Is a WARNING, and I also got a criminal record at the first time which is totally wrong. And Now I am 20 and I am at bail with the police at the moment again for fraud, Since I am in bail, I got pulled over the other day by police in my car, they searched my car found nothing other then a fake photocopied parking disability badge and then they arrested me again, and since I have fraud history and I am in bail currently. They went and raided my house and found magnetic stripe card reader/writer machine and couple of magnetic cards with data on it. They took my laptop and three external hard drives, I am in Bail again at the moment, And I am pretty much scared what sentence I am gone be getting. Please people help me out, much appreciated .
