pole dancing for exercise?

I bought the Carmen Electra pole because it looks like a great workout, fun and different. But it didn't even come with an instructional, beginner dvd, which surprised me. So, now I have a pole and no instruction! Ha! Are there any good instructionals online or dvd?
 
There are dvd's you can buy. Try googling pole katz, and I beleiev flirty girl fitness has some dvd's for pole instruction. Try ebay and amazon just type in things like pole dance dvd.

I've heard that is a REALLY good exercise in all. And I'm sure you can by a DVD somewhere close to where you live.
