I have multiple accounts for pokerstars (not for cheating reasons. I use it for tilt and such), which I have explained to pokerstars. I told them they could check my hand history to clarify that i did not cheat or play in same tables.Now. They asked for my verification which I am glad to do. My question is, I cashed out a check 2 weeks ago. My account got shut down last week (after requesting the check). I cashed the check in to a bank AFTER my account got shut down. Will pokerstars take the money back? On the verification form they sent me, it states "I will honor all transactions made with the credit cards shown above". Does that mean that they can take my money back/? does it mean they WILL?

They always COULD take your money. The check should be good, but yes they are investigating, as they should, you shouldn't have multiple accounts.

I believe you've already asked a similar question to this. I really don't think that you have anything to worry about. The reason they want that statement signed is in case you go to your bank and claim that one of those accounts was opened by someone else as an act of fraud. You could then have your bank pursue Poker Stars for a refund. But once you sign this statement Poker Stars will have written proof that you made all the transactions and that all the accounts you claim are yours. This protects them. They have every right to be suspicious of you because you broke the rules, and did something that could easily be used to defraud them or other players.Just sign the agreement and abide by the rules in future. They are not going to steal your money.
