player 1 bets 20
player 2 calls
player 3 goes all in only has 23
now player 1 wants to go all in
is he able to cause it's only 3 more?????
i was player 2 and i wanted to see a cheap flop,we had a HUGE arguement on if he was allowed to go all in,at this point i didn't care i just went all in and won with the worst starting hand haha.
so what's the rule on that?
