Alrighty I need the rainbow wing to get into the tower and I also need rocksmash to get through the other tower but I am having no luck....there is also the issue of the islands not to far from olivine city.... I can't remember bow to move about to get to lugia...I think he/she'll be there but I keep going in circles....any help is appreciated..
