Pokemon platinum cheat dont work or crashes my game?

i legitly beat the game so i decided to play around with cheats but when i saved my urscheat to my folder with all the cheats i wanted, it works wen i start it up and start the game. but after i restart the game again and went to the cheat it crashes and so does the game. i would like a good explanation on this problem and a solution if possible.pls and ty
