Silent Treatment

I'm going to use a rock type in this playthrough, so Graveler or Onix. I won't be trading for Golem or Steelix. I would if I could, but I can't. I also can't decide on a rock type to use, I don't want to wait for Rhydon, since I'm only about to face Surge. My current team is:
electric type,
Charmeleon Lv 31
Parasect Lv 31
At the moment, Flying types don't scare me, since I can pretty much destroy them with 1 scratch from Parasect, but in the future, I'll probably need a rock type to deal with them. I'll also need the Rock type until I can get water, cause fire works wonders against Pinchers. Don't bother suggesting an Electric, cause I'm not going to use any of them ingame. Please suggest a water type, and any pokemon of your choice to fill in the 6th slot.
