I mean I defeated them the first time with a team in the low 40's late 30's, and now this second time around I remember them being in the high 60's (so you can train to pwn red)

as I said have just defeated Blue with ease, so I'm not sure what to do now as I know I need alot of luck to defeat a lv 70 team, which I could do, but I spent all my money on max repels (lol) and full restores.
So could I take on the elite four 2 now? My teams level differences to the gyms has never been a problem, but then again, I am quite lost, I mean I did defeat Red in the first game right after the elite four 2, so has anything changed? This game is really different from my bulky shiny brand new gold for gameboy colour I got all those years ago...
