Hi, I'm ev-training a scizor in attack
Half-way i remembered to use proteins when it was on 42 EV's.
does the protein give UP to 10 ev's e.g. 42 to 52 to 62 to 72 to 82 to 92 to 100
or does it give exactly 10 meaning I can't use it anymore when it hits 91 Ev's
