Pokemon Black:Breeding a Sneasel to have ice punch?

Will it not work if I just breed a male Sneasel with a ditto?
oh, alright. Well, could someone possibly trade me one with ice punch?

No. In order to breed a Pokémon for a certain move, the father needs to know it. So, unless the male Sneasel you're using for breeding knows Ice Punch, you'll never get an offspring with the move.
