Pointers/Suggestions for first bike?

I'm looking for a bike sub-600. It'll be for riding to and back from school and maybe around the city if I wanna grab lunch, so a hybrid should be fine.

I'm 15 and 5'5" if that helps.

All pointers and suggestions would be helpful.
 
id get like a 250 cc go with a Kawasaki they are a pretty dependable motor CYCLE till you get the hang of it then maybe you can move up to a 600 ccjust make sure you drive it very defensively and take as many safety classes as you can enjoy and HAPPY CYCLING
