I have been en pointe for 1 year this summer. I recently have gotten some new pointe shoes, (Chacott Veronese II) and they are still a little new and still need some broken in but I want some good exercises that will make me stronger and also to get my shoes a little softer. I also still do NOT want simple easy combinations. I want hard, challenging exercises that will make me "feel the burn!"
