I'm being peeled
You're going to see
the true version of me
Lies on text
disguise on net
No more
no more
In my world
i just tried to go
with the flow
The sacred place
i had to change my face
For this and and that
I couldn't relax
but im being opened
im being born
The truth appeared
the angels sworn
The black inside
the bittersweet
The secrets lie
inside of me
Your trust and love
your deals and syndromes
they are in the real me
A liar, i am
a liar i am
I twist your own words to pass
I did what no other man has
And coming clean
is the only chance
So please lay back
and hear the news
I have nothing to gain
and nothing to lose
I took your hand
i rested your heart
I hope the same
will be done to me
But i dont want to be
your pathetic case
Or charity or pity or parasite
Once you change
you'll never come again
Truth
bravery
honesty
all of them i lack
I know their smell
i sensed them in you
So please stand up
and tell me what you're gonna do

Honestly I didn't like it at all. You should try using more than 3 words on average for each line. Also I noticed you are trying to rhyme but that problem is it doesn't flow nicely.

If you wanted it to rhyme, then its not very good, but if its freestyle, its ok!

I can tell this poem is personal, it can't be described as good or bad, but it's full of emotion, it has much meaning to it.
