hey guys
this is my poem about racism
and im done 12 lines i need two more
care to help?
and plz fix it if its possible
Hating eyes are blinding as they stare down at you
A thunderstorm is coming, it threatens you with darkness and anger
You feel it's disapproval, it's a dagger to your chest
The eyes are the driving wind, slapping you in the face
Making you feel as unwelcome as a fruit in a barrel of vegetables
They all judge the book by its cover, it's the thunder in the lightning storm
Never really reaching out to see what is on the inside, it's the hole in your heart
It's like a book sitting on the shelf, unopened and dusty
People of colour don't seem to understand,
Why they're treated so badly across this breaking, crumbling land
But if they were to open their eyes, they would see
How the other side gets treated in their neighbourhood
