Poetry maybe? 10 points in it for ya!!?

Ok im in my final year of school so we get a little card thing and get to write WHATEVER we want on them..usually about our friends,funny times in school etc etc and its all decorated and pretty! So! For my one i was thinking of putting a poem on it....one problem-i dont do poetry! If anyone is awesome at it how about writing one for me?!
I want to have these phrases in it (if possible!) :
'We've had the laughs and the craic'
'Had the tears and heart to hearts'
'The classes,the lunchtimes,the nights out'
and anything else ya wanna add in!!
Best one gets 10 points!!
 
We've traveled down a single road
With both its tears and laughter,
And each has lightened his friend's load
And shared a dream thereafter.
And we have bonded, heart to heart,
We can't be torn asunder
Though now our journeys make us part
Each one I'm sure will wonder
What are my good friends doing now?
Our nights out were great fun.
Sometimes I wonder if or how
That reel could be rerun.
But it is over and I'm sure
It won't return...I'm certain.
And this sad thought I can't endure
Too long, or I'll be hurtin'.
I'll have you in my heart, my friends
You're in me to the core;
We'll part but friendship never ends
I'll love you even more.

with wit as sharp as darts,
the classes, the lunchtimes, the nights out,
So now lets leave with a shout!

Sorry its so short and unimaginative but i just thought i'd throw something quick together for you to use as foundations ;)
 
one word adulthood
moving forward on into new lives leaving high school leaving things behind
as they reminisce in our heads
we've had our laughs and the craic
we had our tears and hearts to hearts
classes, lunchtimes the nights out will never be forgotten
time to move ahead open our book to a new chapter
no one said it will last forever!
