Poetry help please????????????????

OK so I need to write a poem for english and i'm going to do it about my ex boyfriend because he dumped me 4 times and then got back with me and then dumped me again and said because he cant be in a relationship because he just cant so I need some ideas just from that.
i want it to be meaningful and stuff and it can have a bit of anger to it!
 
The best that I can offer is advice as in how to start.

Write out the feelings of your first meeting,
Your first date,
Your first fight,
Your first breakup.

Write about your reconciliation.

Express your own feelings.
It is okay to write about the anger you feel towards yourself for allowing him back in to do it to you over and over again.

Once you write it all out,
piece it together in a fluid flow of emotion and thought. Do not make the common mistake of jumping all about. Stay focused in what it is you want to express.
