Tearful Longing

The fearful thoughts vibrate unceasingly
in their hidden stanza with no voice
they stay congealed as unmoving statues
and the draining tears nothing can do

Eyes pour drops to melt the desperation
Her, the sadness covering a wholesome soul
Bursting out strong destructive vociferations
Distempering the entire body

And the fear does not departure, but remains placed
sat in the royal throne
leads the body of a young child
lonesome in the streets, without father nor mother

Mother - where are you? Caress me - give me the hand - smile
Come here, Dad, help me
Falled in ruin, I'm dying, I'm dying

And the little child in the streets stands firm
in the freezing cold of the severe winter
tired of suffering, tired of longing
with abandoned hope seeking the grave

But before he dies, only one thing he wants
to meet mother and father
to smile, kiss tightly, caress and hug them

But mother and father, have passed away
in this unmerciful world they no longer live
and the orphan child, like them, closes the eyes passing away
in the dead-calm silence

Has he seen the mother's smile?
In the death dream that lasts a lifetime
And has he met the father? Has he kissed or hugged him?

The city is covered in mourning
The red flowers have filled the streets
The face of Beni is everywhere
His memories in our hearts
