His blonde hair glistened in the sun
Those sea blue eyes sparkled even when the clouds were out
He looked at her with such love and care
She was like a delicate flower and he could’t go near me
In fear that she would close up and walk away
He was perfect, though he claimed to be far from perfection
She was set on such a high pedestal
Afraid to make any mistakes she closed herself off
Pushed him away
Because she was so afraid she would mess up do something wrong
And he would be gone just like that

But somehow he found away to get back, closer then ever before
It scared her
She was horrified that she could be hurt again, forgotten so easily
