i Need help getting this poem/song right,, it just doesnt sound right?
any advice?
When I look in the mirror, I see a shaft of bright light
Like a diamond jewel glistening, with the cuts just right
The more luminous the diamond is, the more damage it'll do to my eyes
So I don't gaze at it too long, as its distinctness could leave me blind
I soon feel a twinkle in my eyes, so swiftly I turn away,
But I can’t get rid of the memory, so I abruptly glance again
I then feel an aura surrounding me, the breeze so calm and cool
Like the rain on a summer night, a storm preparing for a duel
I have no clues why this is happening to me, no idea at all
All I’m sure of is something wants me, for I can hear a call
I hear a person behind this mirror; He calls out placidly ‘I love you’
I realize my love is calling, I cry ‘baby I love you too’.
