Poem good enough to be used to audition for a performing arts school? Please answer!?

And you can talk on the phone for hours
The words never end
His eyes glistened like the sun
And you were trapped
It was all so easy
Because it was all you ever wanted
You fell in love with a smile on your face
And the butterflies fluttering in your stomach
Realizing love never really fades
 
i don't think that is a good poem maybe it needs to make more sense but it might need some rimes like for example:
our simble of peace is not a joke but all we wan't to have joy.

SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
