poem about ignorance?

for english i had to write a piece about a realization i made about myself this year and it was that before this year i was very ignorant. now i have to find a poem that kind of describes my realization or goes along with it. It has to be a famous, published poem. I was thinking somehting about eye-opening experiences, or achievements. please helppp me! thank you so much
