pocket bikes and Super pocket Bikes?

Hi, ive been looking into getting a pocket bike, and i was just wondering what the difference is between normal pocket bikes and super pocket bikes...is it size or what? And what is a descent price for either one?
 
pocket bikes are usually 49cc 2 stroke, small and about $300, but ive seen them as low as $200 new if you get a good sale.
super pocket bikes are bigger, faster, are much closer to a real bike, and are usually 100cc 4 strokes. about $600+. they can be quite expensive actually, you get what you paid for
