I need help, i can't get my pocket bike to start.
I have the blade, here is the link to it:

I bought it from a guy that had it working, but then said he tried to start it once and it wouldn't start. So now i have it and i can't get it to start.
Can you guys please help me figure out how to start this thing, its getting really frustrating.
What can i do to try to get it to start? There is a new spark plug in it. Maybe the engine is flooded. I dont know but can you guys tell me like all the procedures i can do to get this thing to start. How can i drain everything out of this thing?
I tried draining the carb and put new fuel in but its stiill not starting...
