Pocket bike help...it won't start please help a brotha out?

I have a pocket bike and I haven't turned it on in about a year because the string on the pull start broke. I fixed it and now it won't start, I cleaned the spark plug and sprayed some quick start. It t only stays on when I spray it also it only stays on as long as there is some quick start on the engine other than that it does not work. What might be the problem? My friend said the gas might not be getting into the engine but when I accelerate it revs higher and the tire turns also the gasgjt not be combusting cause my friend said it needs premium case t brne better but the bike has unleaded... Help
