plz help me to fix apple logo logo,

hi
i got a iphone 3g os3.1.3, update to os 4.0 phone can be recognised by itune and acitived, (ca be sync too) but only apply logo on display.
i downgrade from os 4.0 to os 3.1.3, anything is fine but apply only.
i try to jailbreak by redsn0w, but not working .

please help to fix

simply bro use this program to go to menuRecBoot.zip

dont do downgrade update first on os 4.0 then you will do jailbreak & unlock
