I misplaced clicking a popup and this is what I get, a nasty virus known as 'Dr Guard' and another freaky virus 'Antimalware'. OMG!!! At first it showed me a window saying that I had to install it, but I rejected it, and then it automatically installed itself on my PC, and everytym I use my browser, it bugs me around. Sometyms the freakiest things happen from this stupid virus, one day when I was using the net, all of a sudden the PC got frozen and then to my horror, I found about 10 pornographic site links posted on to my DESKTOP!!! I tried removing the program files and the system files of the viruses, uh huh, never helped!!! Then I tried installing Spy Bot: search and destroy, AVG, Avast and other anti-spam/virus softwares, but even after installing it, i cannot open it!!! Aaaarrrgggh....pls help me, im lost!!! Today, the biggest tragedy happened. I had a lot of important files in my PC, when suddenly the PC froze.....again. After a while, it returned back to normal, and when I opened my 'My Documents' folder, i found all my important files extracted from every folder and stored in 'My Documents'. So I thought that the virus would have taken a copy of these folder, so I thougth instead of wasting storage space, I could delete these files, and later to my horror, I found out that these files were the original ones and now there is no way of restoring it!!!! Please help me with whatever useful info you've got there.....Would b much much much appreciated....And BTW- all virus/spam producers hafta go 2 HELL!!!!
