Alright so i have the 1st generation blackberry storm.....its randomly broke on me like 6 times and had to be replaced (all software issues) so the verizon rep said if it keeps breaking on me i can get an upgrade for free.... and thats why im here...i was wondering does anyone know how to make a blackberry crash to make it seem like a software issue to get it replaced for free???
