After you have formatted your pen drive as a bootable disk you need to extract the files from the ISO and copy them accross.
Please take note of the size of the files you are copying accross as they may be quite large.
Once the drive is formatted and set up with the files you need to set up the bios to boot from usb. This is done easier if the drive is in the usb slot when scanning for disk."
