palm side not the top its my index.? im 14 and i have a bump on my fingertip for about 2 weeks at first i thought it was a splinter but its not, i stuck a need through my skin to see if there was a splinter stuck in it but there wasn't and i saw the fleshy part under my skin and theres a spot thetas just red and slightly pouffy, it hurts when i touch something with it but not so much, COULD IT BE A WART OR SOMETHING WORSE LIKE A TUMOR! IM SCARED HELP PLZ ANSWER!
