Plugin Viewer for.wmv (video)

Hi,

I received a '.wmv' file as an attachment in versamail. When I tried to access it, the file began converting, but then I received a message saying 'cannot find pugin viewer for this file'.

Any advice on how to view this file/ video?

wmv is owened and protected by our friends at Microsoft :)

TCPMP will play wmv on certain Pocket PC's where the codec is already available (it uses the one already there). But not on Palm. Sorry.

FWIW Microsoft have made the WMV codec available through licensing ($$$) so it could happen one day, like the way Pocket Tunes decided to support WMA ($$!). But not with a free player. Only possibility is someone like the guys at MMPlayer decide to take out a license...
