Hi -
I have a Korg SV-1 stereo keyboard. The sounds are awsome, but definitely lose a lot of character being played through a mono amp - particulalry the natural pianos.
If I was to play the left/right stereo outputs through two separate channels on a mid sized amp (like the Roland KC-150 or Hartke KM 60) should I be able to capture some of this 'missing' character?
Or what if I played the left/right stereo outputs through what look like stereo inputs of a slightly larger Roland KC-350?
Obvioulsy if I'm playing through a single amp, I wouldn't benefit from any of the left/right effect of the keyboard. However, I can't believe that my Sony headphones offer a better sound than any affordable keyboard amp out there.
Any advice is welcome!
Thanks,
Dave
