hi, this'll just a few minutes of your time. i just need your opinions..thanks
how dyou understand these songs?
American Idiot by Green Day
World Wide Suicide by Pearl Jam
Megalomaniac by Incubus
1. Do you think, such protest songs: American Idiot by Green Day, World Wide Suicide by Pearl Jam, and Megalomaniac by Brandon Boyd, actually expressed what you feel about the current administration?
2. Upon hearing the songs in 2004-2006, did it give you doubts/made you think/change your personal views on President George W. Bush, Jr. or not? Why?
3. Did the songs made you feel that you would have a tendency to or actually join and support such propagandas and motion against Bush? How do you think this triggered you to have such views?
4. Going back to the lyrics of the songs, what specific issue presented in the songs did make you feel negative emotions against Bush? Why?
5. Did the protest songs help you become more aware of the protest against Bush and his fight against Terrorism?
